The staff of MOM take an active and passionate role in the operation and successful outcomes of our clients. By partnering with the group, MOM agrees to bring professional and consistent support to the goals and aspirations of the members and leaders.

Meet the MOM Team:

Nancy Terry, Executive Manager

Nancy graduated Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Devoted to the concept of lifelong learning, she earned a certification from the American Society of Association Executives as a Certified Association Executive and a real estate sales licensure for the state of Ohio. After being in the business world for several years, she challenged her belief by earning a Master in Public Administration and graduated in 2015. She has 33 years of experience in management of non-profit, for-profit and government sector organizations and she recently completed courses on Grant Essentials. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and volunteers for the Cincinnati Pit Crew, an organization committed to creating a compassionate culture for abused and stigmatized dogs. She is also a member of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. She brings her passion for association management to the office every single day.

Lillian McKissick, Financial Systems and Accounting Manager

Lillian attended the University of Cincinnati and earned an Associate Accounting degree, graduating Sum Cum Laude. She has continued her education with certifications in QuickBooks, Peachtree Accounting Systems, Quicken, Excel and Word. Lillian has 26 years of experience with more than half of that time working for 501C6 and 501C3 organizations and the remainder in the for-profit sector. Lillian and her family are active in their Church where Lillian manages an outreach program providing clothing for the underserved population in our community. She is also a member of the Professional Bookkeepers Association and a Notary Public.

Faith Terry, Administrative Manager

Faith earned a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Cincinnati as well as a Masters in Business with a focus on Data Analytics. Faith’s focus on administrative duties allows MOM’s office to run smoothly behind the scene. Faith is a member of the Women in Leadership program at UC and volunteers at local area hospitals.
